Starting to work abroad
Our on-site managers are at your side as soon as you arrive abroad. We pick you up from the airport or train station and accompany you during your first days abroad. Once you have arrived in your new home and had a moment to relax, we will take you to your new workplace and introduce you to your new colleagues. We train you in-depth on all work safety topics and the national data protection laws, so that you are well informed right from the start. We also organize all operationally necessary medicals and accompany you to all appointments if you wish us to do so.
The first day at work
We give you detailed information about all general processes beforehand so that you have a smooth project experience right from the start. We accompany you to your department on your first day of work and are available on the phone for your individual wishes. Thanks to our comprehensive Onboarding Service and as your first point of contact on location, we are always available to answer all your open questions. Our on-site managers distinguish themselves with their great degree of personal commitment and are happy to assist you.
