Looking for a place to live

Find a new home abroad with FIRST AID

We assist you in finding a new place to live abroad to make sure you have an easy start and coordinate all administrative tasks for you. In a face to face meeting, via the phone or email, we discuss intensively all your requirements and wishes for your new home. We will look for suitable properties using partner companies based on your specific requirements and the information you have given us. We find what you are looking for: be it an apartment, house, garage, parking spot or cellar.

Making appointments and arranging viewings

Our on-site managers can look for a suitable property and arrange viewings thanks to your information and wishes for a new property. We compile a selection of suitable properties and make appointments for you during one of your pre-visits or during the first weeks of your posting abroad. If a move to a new home is not possible right from the start of your posting abroad, then we will find you interim accommodation. FIRST AID arranges, coordinates and communicates all appointments for viewings or the move in consideration of your working hours and supports you with the viewings should you wish us to do so. This saves a lot of time and stress. We are here to help you!

Rental agreement and apartment handover

As soon as you have chosen a property in your new location, then you can think about furnishing it. All administrative tasks and contracts are done by FIRST AID. Our site managers send the necessary documents and forms to the new landlord and undertake rental agreement negotiations as well as subsequent checks. Necessary dates for signing the rental agreement are coordinated and organized by us as well as the final handover of the property and any necessary renovation work. Furthermore, we also assist you with creating a handover log for the property. Should you not be available to be present for the property handover, then we can sign the rental agreement on your behalf and get your keys.
